Project concept

Name: Okhta Park Resort

Location: Leningrad Region, Vsevolozhsky District, village Mistolovo

1. Ski infrastructure

Pistes:

10 pistes of various complexity level, snow park,
Length of pistes – 2885 m, maximum piste length 390 m, area of all slopes 139,000 m2

Lifts:

Three one-seat lifts by Tatrapoma (Slovak Republic), four one-seat lifts, one two-seat draglift, four-seat cable chairlift railroad by Doppelmayer (Austria) with individually heated seats and cap protecting from cold and wind, three training lifts by Sunkid (Austria) with the length 110 m and 95 m, children’s belt lift

 Tubing and controlled sledges

Special gutters of snow for descending on tube sledges, smoothly made bed for driving snow car and unique structure with synthetic coating allowing driving in the summer. Ascend to the slop is made by belt lift.

 2. System of artificial snow

High efficiency system of artificial snow by TechnoAlpin, Italy, which includes 67 modern automatic snow generators

3. Townhouse village

53 townhouses of Comfort and Comfort Plus categories, 3 spacious townhouses of Family category, 3 two-storey townhouses for big groups,

3 townhouses of Premium category, as well as a hotel with 40 rooms for two persons.

 4. Restaurants and cafes

Apres Ski restaurant facility in Alpine-chalet style. Apres Ski Bistro. Okhta Park Cafe with panoramic view to the slope. Ice bar – a bar with panoramic windows in the territory of a picturesque forest ice rink.

 5. Infrastructure for outdoor activities

 Forest ice rink

An original outdoor ice rink with the length 1500 meters
Ice route goes amongst high trees. Cooling and ice-making system allows ensuring operation of the ice rink at above-zero temperature.
Swimming pool complex
Includes four outdoor swimming pools, including two for children, one swimming and one sports pools, a Finnish sauna, detox module IYASHI DOME, a solarium and a hamam.

Two sports playgrounds

Playgrounds with hard cover for training, basketball, volleyball, or lawn tennis, and soft cover of artificial green for mini football.

Rope park

One of the biggest in St. Petersburg, occupies almost a hectare of land.

Entertainment park for children

Located in the closed territory of the forest ice rink in summer time. Various attractions for children of different age and all necessary infrastructure. A safe rope town, a big trampoline complex, a contact zoo, a forest motodrome, a laser shooting range

 Jet Shoot-the-Chute Attraction

300-descent in gutter with water at the speed up to 70 km/h.

Summer Tubes Attraction

Two beds for descent, width 2 meters and length over 70 meters

6. Resort services

Sports equipment rent

In summer – bicycles, roller skates and long boards, scooters, velomobiles and running bikes, hi-tech gyro-scooters and segways. In winter season – Aline skiing and snowboards, figure skates and ice-hockey skates, cross-country skiing.

 Spa and bath facility

Okhta Part Alpine Ski School

The only Alpine ski school in Leningrad Region with own infrastructure for a year-round training of children of any age and level of physical condition.
