Tyumen Regional Winter Sports Center “Pearl of Siberia” is a complex of structures designed for training skiers and biathlonists of the highest class. Aggregate elevation, roller ski routes and technical equipment level of the complex allow holding international competition of a World Cup level. Load of the complex with athletes is not regular, the teams arriving to training camps are unable to compensate the complex maintenance costs. For compensation of operational costs and solution of the self-sufficiency task of the center, it is necessary to arrange commercial activity in its territory in the form of sale of tourist and entertainment services. We propose solutions for gaining commercial benefits from sale of these services based on provision of the broadest possible array during a year-round cycle of resort use.
